Ingredients


    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Peas, canned, 1 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 20 large, shredded
    Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 2 c
    Bacon, 8 medium slices, cooked
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded or chopped

Directions

Brown bacon, drain fat, crumble. In a large bowl layer lettuce, onion, peas, carrots, bacon, Miricle Whip Light, and top with cheese. Cover and refridgerate 8 hours before serving. Keeps up to 4 days in fridge.
