Low-Fat Mexican 5 Layer Dip. Great with baked tortilla chips. Low-Fat Mexican 5 Layer Dip. Great with baked tortilla chips.
Number of Servings: 8


    1 package (8 oz.) Fat-free cream cheese (softened),
    1 container (8 oz.) Fat-Free sour cream,
    1 package Taco Seasoning,
    1 tube Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style
    3 Roma tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. diced green chilies
    1.5 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
    1 cup 2% Mexican shredded cheese


With a mixer, mix cream cheese, sour cream, & 1/2 package taco seasoning. Spread mixture in the bottom of a dish.
Cook Gimme Lean ground beef with remaining taco seasoning. Allow to cool and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Mix tomatoes, onion, and green chilies and top beef. Then layer shredded lettuce followed by shredded cheese. Cool in refrigerator and enjoy! Serves 8.
