    2 Leeks chopped
    6 Russet Potatoes peeled and chopped into cubes
    1 Shallot chopped
    1/2 cup frozen corn Kernals
    1-2 Stalks celery chopped
    1 TB minced Garlic
    2 TB dried Parsley
    2tsp black pepper
    1tsp salt
    6 cups chicken broth
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 cup half and half


combine all ingredients through chicken broth in crock pot, set on low for 9-10 hours. During last 15 mins add cream and half and half, to potato mix and wrm through. With a hand blender puree mixture until smooth, season to taste.
