Almond milk gives this classic Hershey's Hot Cocoa recipe a nutty flavor that warms and still tastes sweet with half the sugar of the original recipe. Kids and adults both LOVE this! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Cocoa ( I used Hershey's)
    1/4 cup Sugar
    dash Sea Salt
    1/3 cup Hot water

    3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 cups Almond Milk

Directions

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in sauce pan. Add 1/3 cup hot water and bring to boil over medium heat. Boil while stirring for 2 minutes. Add almond milk and vanilla extract and heat to desired temperature. Do not let boil.

Makes approximately 8 3/4 cup servings.
