    6 oz laughing cow light original cheese
    1 cup light sour cream
    3 tbs Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix (or 1 oz package)
    1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
    1 cup chopped fresh cauliflower
    1 cup chopped fresh carrots
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 packages pillsbury cresent rolls


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam spray.
2. Pat cresent roll dough into cookie sheet. Let stand 5 minutes. Pierce with fork and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
3. In meduim mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch dip mix. Spread mixture on top of the cooled crust. Arrange veggies on top of mixture. Cover and chill. Once chilled, cut and serve.
