Ingredients

    2 Cups milk
    1/4 C oil
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    2 Tbls splenda
    1 3/4 Cups self rising flour
    1 egg

Directions

Pour milk into blender and add oil. Next add the vanilla and the splenda. Seperate the egg and then add the yolk to the mix. Set white aside. Slowly add the flour till it reaches the batter consistency that you like. Whip egg whites till they form soft peaks then fold into rest of batter. The pancakes are lighter and fluffer doing this and it will change the taste if not done. I used a 1/3 cup scoop to make pancakes and classifed 2 as a serving for the calorie counter.
