Ingredients

    4 oz dried whole wheat pasta, cooked
    1 c shrimp
    1/2c plain skim yogurt
    1 c 1% cottage cheese
    1 14 oz can artichokes in water (drained)
    6-8 pc sun dried tomato sliced
    2 cloves garlic minced
    2 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

add all ingredients except parmesan to hot pot and mix. Top with parmesan and serve
