    37 g Mangia Wild Premium Porcini Mushrooms, dried
    1 oz Dried chopped Onions
    1 medium raw onion
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend spice
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1 tbsp chipotle Chile Pepper spice
    1 32 oz carton Pacific Organic Vegetable Broth
    1 32 oz carton Pacific Organic Mushroom Broth
    1 32 oz carton Kitchen Basics Unsalted Beef Stock
    2 14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes with Mild Green Chiles
    2 6 oz jars Giorgio Shiitake Mushrooms
    3 4 oz cans Giorgio Chunky Style Portabella Mushrooms
    1 46 oz Spicy V-8 Juice
    4 16 oz bags of Giant Soup Vegetables (carrots, potatoes, corn, green beans, lima beans, okra, peas, celery, onions, salt)
    1 7.48 oz bag Mrs Grass Homestyle Beef Vegetable Soup Mix (add 8 oz water)
    2 lbs. Ground Bison
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Brown bison in skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil. Add bison and all remaining ingredients in a very large soup pot (14 qts or bigger) Bring soup to a near boil, then simmer for 8 hours. Makes 48 1-cup servings.
