Introduction

This is my remake of my favorite cookie recipe. I wouldn't go so far as to call them HEALTHY, but there is certainly less guilt involved! This recipe makes a TON of cookies. I usually use my cookie scoop to make dough balls, freeze them and then just bake a few at a time to put fresh baked cookies in my kids lunches each morning. Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1 c. agave nectar
    1 c. Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend
    2 T. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    10 c. quick oats
    4. t. baking soda
    12 oz. package mini m&ms

Directions

Mix ingredients in order. Flatten each cookie with fork and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
