    Zatarain's Gumbo Base (1-1/2 Tbsp (14g)), 18 serving (remove) - 2 Boxes
    Onions, raw, 1 large - Chopped
    Green Onions, 10 Stalks chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cups chopped
    Shrimp, cooked, 18 oz with tail removed
    Turkey Sausage - Butter Ball, 7 serving 1 packet
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces chopped
    Okra, 4 cup slices


Makes 20 1 cup servings

Dice sausage and chicken and cook until golden brown.

Pull tails off shrimp put aside

Chop and dice all vegies

add contents of packets to pot with 12 cups of water

bring to boil

add cooked meat and chopped veg's to boil

return to boil then turn down to simmer for 30 min.
