Ingredients

    1 Tbl olive oil
    1 med yellow onion, finely chopped
    2 tbl minced garlic
    2 tbl chopped, peeled fresh ginger
    3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, w/o stems
    1 tlb low-sodium soy sause
    Salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil in lg saute pan over med-high heat. Add onion and saute until softened, but not colored, 2 min. Add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 min longer. Add cabbage and stir-fry until cabbage is softened, about 2 min.

Remove pan from heat. Add cilantro and soy sauce. Stir until combined. Season with salt if desired.
