Introduction

These are absolutely delicious, especially if you're trying to get in more protein and fewer carbs! These are absolutely delicious, especially if you're trying to get in more protein and fewer carbs!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese, softened
    16 packages Truvia
    3 Lrg Eggs
    3 TBL Fresh Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp Vanilla
    1/4 tsp Salt
    3 cups sour cream

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese & sweetener until smooth, about 3 mins. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the lemon juice, vanilla & salt. Beat in the sour cream until just blended.

Grease 24 muffin tins and divide batter evenly. Bake for 30 min.
