    Lentils, 1 cup dry
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup (canned)
    Golden Raisins (1/3 a cup).
    Beef or Vegetable Broth (2.5 cups)
    Beef bullion cube (optional)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    1 medium raw onion chopped
    Curry Paste, 3 tbsp (or to taste)


Combine ingredients into a slow-cooker and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.

Makes six 1-cup servings.
