Ingredients

    Chicken breast 4 oz
    Carrots shredded 0.25 cup
    Apple (granny smith) grated 100 gr
    Walnuts 1oz
    Mayonnaise 1 tbs ( or Greek yogurt)
    Black Pepper
    Lemon Juice

Directions

Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked and cool completely. Grate or shred, whichever you prefer. Add peeled and grated apple, shredded carrots, walnuts, lemon juice and mayo. Mix well. I only use mayo for a tad of creaminess, shouldn't swim in it.
Makes 3 servings.
