    1 packet of Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal any flavor
    1 tbs. whey protein powder
    1 tbs. wheat bran
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1 banana
    1 cup milk

Directions

Put everything into a blender and blend. Makes 1 serving.
