Introduction

I made these into three giant hamburgers, but it could easily be made into four burgers. I added the cheese in the turkey rather than put it on top afterwards. My family is a fan of garlic, so you may want to cut back if you are not a garlic fan. One other change I might make is using 93/7 next time. Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey (85/15)
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

In a large ziploc bag or bowl put all ingredients in. Mix by hand. Form into three generous patties. Cook on indoor grill for 15 minutes for well done.

Makes 3 1/3 pound burgers.
