Introduction

This is a very fast and HEALTHY recipe for those of you who love Asian style cuisine. This is a very fast and HEALTHY recipe for those of you who love Asian style cuisine.

Ingredients

    1 can of Progresso soup (Rich and Hearty steak and vegetable)

    1 can La Choy Bamboo Shoots
    1 16 oz bag of frozen fresh Vegetable Stir Fry Vegetable mix
    6 oz of Venison Tenderloin, cut into small strips or cubes
    1.5 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 TBS Chopped Onion or dried onion

Directions

in a 2 quart cooking pot, add the oil, onions, bamboo shoots, and venison. Cook on medium high while stirring until venison is completely cooked (about 10 minutes) after the venison is cooked, add in the soup and frozen vegetables. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
