    Flat out pita
    1/8 C. garbanzo beans
    3 T. feta
    1/8 C. no salt added beets
    1/4 C. baby spinach
    1-2 slices tomato
    1/8 C. english cucumber

Directions

Layer all the veggies starting with the spinach in the wrap and eat it up!!
