Ingredients

    In a large bowl add and mix
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    3 tbsp canola oil
    1 cup skim milk mixed with1 tbsp vinegar
    1/4 cup raisons

    In a second bowl add and mix
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 cup wheat bran
    1/4 cup ground flax seed
    1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup sk milk powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp gr. cloves
    1/8 tsp gr nutmeg
    1 tsp gr Cinnamon

    Mix each separately, then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until the dry ingredients disappear. The consistency should allow the mix to be "heaped" on a tablespoon to fill muffin cups. Cook for 20 minutes at 400 F. Makes 12 muffins
