Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 1000 grams
    Egg white, 3
    Milk, 1%, 0.3 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Feta Cheese, 200 grams
    Bell peppers, green and red, 0.5 cup each, strips
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole sliced

Directions

1. Cut meat open in book-like manner, tenderise. You'll get a large square piece. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Make omelet: mix egg whites with milk and salt. fry it with a half tablespoon of olive oil.
Place it over the meat, cover with red pepper stripes, put a layer of cheese add tomato and cover with green pepper strips.(optional: add some fresh dill)
3. Carefully roll the meat. Pin ends of the meat roll with tooth picks.
4. Fry the beef roll with 1.5 tbsp of olive oil on both sides for 2 min each side.
5. Prehit oven. Cook roll in the oven for 30 min. (low to medium hit)
