    1 can green beans (approximately 12 oz)
    1 can lima beans
    1 can garbanzo beans (Chick Peas)
    1 can cut asparagus
    .5 cup thin green pepper strips
    .5 cut thin red pepper strips
    1 can large (jumbo) black olives
    2 cloves of garlic, chopped
    4 tbsp olive oil
    .25 cup cider or wine vinegar
    2 tbsp fresh oregano
    2 tbsp fresh basil


Rinse and drain beans, asparagus and olives; place in large mixing bowl. Finely chop fresh herbs (oregano and basil**) and add with remaining ingredients to bowl. Mix well and chill at least one hour, stirring once or twice to blend. Enjoy!
