Introduction

I was mucking around with some ingredients and kinda came up with this....it's really yummy lol I was mucking around with some ingredients and kinda came up with this....it's really yummy lol
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup of white rice flour
    1 cup of whole meal flour
    2 tsps of Baking powder
    1 cup of stewed Apple (no suger)
    1/4 cup of sugar
    1/2 cup of yoghurt of your choice (low fat)
    1 large egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and and bake in a small loaf tin for 25 to 30 mins, but just checking, everyones oven is different...... on 180 degrees
