Introduction

This smoothie is for those of us who just can't seem to get enough protein in our diet any other way. I you're not used to protein powder, just use one scoop until you feel you can handle 2. Ingredients

    1 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
    1 cup unsweetened, 100% juice, grape juice
    6 ice cubes
    1 or 2 scoops vanilla soy powder (Puritan's Pride)
    1/2 cup Dannon Light & Fit nonfat vanilla yogurt
    2 packets Splenda (or to taste)

Directions

Mix protein powder and grape juice in air-tight container, shake well to mix. Place ice cubes, blueberries, yogurt, protein powder mix in full power blender. Mix to desired consistency. Add water if mixture is too thick.
