Ingredients
-
4 pkg Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Pudding 4 serving size box
6 C Skim milk
2 whole crackers Honey Graham Crackers
2 medium Bananas, quarteredlengthwise then sliced
2 8 oz containers Cool Whip Free, or store brand is fine as well
Directions
Combine milk with pudding mix either with a hand whip, hand beater or blender until slightly thick (if using a blender you will need to do it in two batches). Set aside in lg. bowl to thicken some.
Lightly spray a lg glass bowl (one with a stand if you have it) with Pam. Crush graham crackers into crumbs (I put them in a baggie and use a rolling pin). Pour some of the graham cracker crumbs into the bowl, making a thin layer around the sides and bottom.
Add the chopped bananas and whipped topping to the pudding mixture and fold in until blended.
Spoon 1/3 of mixture into the serving bowl, sprinkle some of the graham crackers on top, then repeat, gently spooning the mixture over the prior layer. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Note: If making with chocolate and vanilla/banana, put 1/2 of vanilla in, then 1/2 of chocolate, then some crumbs, then repeat.
If using only chocolate, use 100 cal pk of Oreo Crisp cookies instead of graham cracker. You probably need 1 1/2 pkg.
