    6 small (2 to 3 oz) Venison Steaks (pounded out)
    1 cup green pepper, sliced
    1 cup onion, sliced
    1 (8 oz) can Giorgio Mushrooms
    2 tbsp Blue Bonnet light Margarine
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Lemon juice from concentrate
    garlic powder, parsley & black pepper to taste


Spray large non-stick pan with Pam spray 1/2 tbsp light margarine; stir-fry onions and peppers. Remove from pan. Add remaining margarine and on med-high heat brown both sides of the steaks; add onions, peppers, mushrooms, pepper, garlice powder, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; simmer for about 10 minutes.
