Ingredients

4-250g packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened *nutrition calculated for full fat variety
3 cups sour cream *nutrition calculated for full fat variety
1 cup sugar
4 tsp Vanilla
7 eggs
4 cups Graham Cracker, Chocolate Wafer or Vanilla Wafer crumbs *nutrition is using Graham Cracker crumbs (estimated 4 cups)
Directions
Mix cream cheese on low, add a few eggs at at time and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix for 15 minutes on medium.
Pour into a spring form pan (of course you already have your crust in there, either Graham Cracker, Chocolate Wafer, Vanilla Wafer.
Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees, then turn the oven off and open the oven door half way and leave in the oven for 4 hours to set.
