Introduction

Keeps well in refrigerator.
Reheat in microwave adding either skim milk or water to desired consistency.

Ingredients

    2 c steel cut oats
    1 - 12 oz can FF evap. milk
    5 1/2 cups water
    1 cup splenda
    1/4 cup SF pancake syrup or maple syrup (I use maple)
    1 - 15 oz can pumpkin
    2 teas pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Mixed the above ingredients until the pumpkin is smooth. Add to a sprayed crockpot set on low. Cook for 4-5 hrs stiring often.
