Ingredients

1. 2% Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 1 cup (can substitute with 1 or 2% low fat milk or any plain yogurt)
2. Walnuts (six halves) (.5 oz)
3. Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (can substitute frozen raspberries or frozen strawberries)
4. Strawberries, fresh (unsweetened), 5 berries
5. Water, tap, 4 fl oz
Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed. 2. Serving size is 8 oz. This recipe makes about 2 1/2 servings.
*****You can substitute greek yogurt with low fat milk or any plain yogurt (I make my greek yogurt by using low fat milk innoculated with a store bought low fat greek yogurt). Reduce calories further with any nonfat plain yogurt and eliminate walnuts. Using frozen berries gives the smoothie a filling thickness that is satisfying. Enjoy!!
