Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup rolled oats
    2 medium apples, chopped
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
    1/4 cup blanched, slivered almonds, chopped coarsely
    1/2 cup frozen black sweet cherries

Directions

Pour milk over oats to soak while you chop apples and cherries.

Combine all ingredients, refrigerate at least 20 minutes. Can make the night before for a quick breakfast.
