Ingredients

    8 Granny Smith Apples
    One box of Yellow Cake Mix (any brand)
    One Can of Diet, Clear Soda
    5 tbsp. splenda
    1 tps. Ground Cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take 8 medium Granny Smith apples, peal & slice into large mixing bowl. Mix in Splenda and Ground Cinnamon until evenly coated.
Place apple mixture into a 13x9 baking dish and evenly cover with dry yellow cake mix.
Take the clear diet soda and pour evenly onto the the dry yellow cake mix. Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 min. Then uncover and contiunue to bake for an additional 30 min. Allow at least 20 min. to cool before serving.
