Introduction

This recipe was modified from a Kraft Foods recipe. I swapped out chicken thighs for chicken breasts, brown rice for white, and used a light italian dressing instead of regular. Ingredients

    1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts (4 servings)
    1/4 cup light italian dressing
    1 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
    2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed, halved
    1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
    1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Cook chicken in dressing in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat , 4 minutes on each side or until evenly browned.

Add broth and bring to a boil. Cover; simmer 5 min. Add beans; cook 5 min or until chicken is done. Remove chicken; cover to keep warm

Stir rice and nuts into beans. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 min.; fluff riche. Serve wtih chicken.
