Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 Cooked Chicken Breast, no skin
    2 Tbsp shredded carrots
    1 Tbsp Marie's Light Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
    3 Tsp Hot sauce
    1 Flour Tortilla
    1 oz 2% Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Place tortilla in oven or toaster oven for about a minute at 300* to get warm and a little crispy. Mix together tablespoon of blue cheese dressing and 2 teaspoons of hot sauce. Spread mixture on warmed tortilla. Cut cooked chicken breast into small pieces or strips and pour remaining teaspoon of hot sauce on top. Spread chicken out on tortilla. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded carrots on top of chicken. Finally, spread mozzarella cheese over the top. Place tortilla back into oven and bake until cheese is melted and tortilla edges are crispy, about 5 minutes. Enjoy!

To reduce fat/calories can use Fat Free Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch.
