    .5 Quinoa
    1 can tomatoes
    4 carrots
    1 onions
    2 tsps taco seasoning
    .5 cup salsa
    8 oz zucchini
    1 small onion
    4 shredded carrots
    16 oz ground turkey

Directions

rinse quinoa and brown in a medium pan. add ground meat and brown. Add chopped veggies, canned tomato, salsa,1/2 cup water and seasoning. simmer 30 minutes
