    1 lb stew meat, trimmed of all fat, and cut into bite size pieces
    1 cup onions, diced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can black beans, rinsed well
    2 cans red kidney beans
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    chili powder to taste-we used at least a cup, and he added more while I was sleeping.
    1/4 cup flour
    salt and pepper to taste


put flour, salt and pepper in large bag, add stew meat, and shake.

over medium heat, cook onions and stew meat.

while meat and onions are cooking, add all other ingredients in the crockpot.

Add meat to crockpot and stir.

cook on low 8-10 hours

    This may seem nuts but, I really don't like beans and usually pick them out of Chili. Anything else I can use to substitute?
