Ingredients

1 cups of baby spinach/romaine lettuce mixture
2 Tbsp almond slivers
3 slices of cucumber
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp almond slivers
1.5 ounces of Made In Nature Orchard Select Organic Dried Apples
1.5 ounces of Made in Nature Organic Dried Apricots
1 Tbsp of Organic Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp of water
1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
This salad serves one person:
Chop the celery & slice the cucumber. Place the baby spinach & romaine lettuce in a bowl. Then add the almond slivers, celery, cucumbers, dried apples, dried apricots, and top with the sesame seeds.
Make the dressing by putting the following ingredients into small bowl
1 Tbsp of Organic Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp of water
1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
*add any seasonings you desire, I like adding oregano.
Once combined, pour over the tossed salad and enjoy!
