Note when I made this the total weight was 620 grams -155g per serving (incase you like to weigh your food) If you want to lower the calories or fat you can add less oil. Ingredients

All fresh veggies
carrots 100g
orange bell pepper 35g
french beans 50g
broccoli 30g
onion 50g
one package near east Whole grain Wheat Pilaf
two cups vegetable broth
2 tblsp Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
cook rice as directed on package except cook in vegetable broth instead of water and NO BUTTER OR OIL
dice all veggies
cook carrots and peppers for 2 min in a glass bowl with glass lid with 1/2 cup water
stir in remaining choped veggies cook in microwave 3 additional min.
pour off remaining water
chill in fridge then add olive oil (to preserve nutrients)
