Ingredients

    Sauce makes 6 Servings
    (Approx 1/2 cup meat sauce) for 183 calories per serving
    With 1 cup cooked Barilla Plus Rotini (230 cal) = 413 cal total per serving

    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 cups Emeril's Kicked Up Tomato Pasta Sauce

    Serve with 1 cup Barilla Plus Pasta (Rotini)

    May need extra sauce heated up on the side if too dry.

Directions

Saute chopped peppers in 1 tsp. olive oil, add ground turkey and cook until meat is browned. Add garlic powder and saute one more minute. Add sauce and cook until heated through.
