    1 3/4 cup Pamela's Products Gluten-Free Flour
    2 Tablespoons Benefiber Powder
    4 Packets Splenda
    1 teaspoon Mrs Dash Table Blend
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 cup Country Crock, melted
    3/4 cup milk

Directions

makes 12 muffins in silicone pan
bake in preheated 400 degree oven 18-20 minutes
