Number of Servings: 12


    2 cups Whole Grain Flour
    1/4 cup Sugar (real sugar used for nutritional info, you can sub in Splenda if you wish)
    3/4 tsp Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Allspice
    1 Egg White
    1 cup Milk
    2 tbs Orange Juice
    2 cups Blueberries


Makes 12 muffins.

Preheat Oven to 350*. Spray muffin pan, or line with paper liners.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and spices. Mix well.
Whisk together egg white, milk, and orange juice.
Add wet to dry, and stir until just combined.
Fold in blueberries.
Divide batter between 12 muffin cups. Bake about 20 min.
Cool pan on wire rack about 5 min before removing muffins.
