Introduction

Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients
Add grated apple and carrot
Combine eggs, vanilla, milk and add to mixture.
Stir until mixed (as little as possible).
Add to muffin tin (3/4 full)

    This is the same recipe as the one on the package but the nutrients for them is much higher. I hope yours are corrct I haved them in my gtracker. Thanks Pat inMaine. - 12/6/12

    Incredible!
    These are pretty tasty. Made according to instructions but made 21 instead of 16. Will be great to add with a smoothie for a complete breakfast. - 10/8/11
