Introduction

Soft dough. Soft biscuits. They dont even fall apart. So delicious. You can also add other things to the dough if you want like cheese, jalapeno, onion, herbs, and so on. Soft dough. Soft biscuits. Ingredients

    1/3c Shortening
    1/2c Potato Starch
    1/2c Soy Flour
    1/4c Tapioca Flour
    1.75tsp Xanthan Gum
    1tbsp Baking Powder
    .25tsp Baking Soda
    1tbsp Sugar
    3/4c Milk (i use rice milk)
    .5tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

In Medium bowl blend all ingredients, makes sure to remove all lumps.
Dough will be quite soft and sticky.

Divide dough into 9 parts and shape each piece to biscuit shape. About 1/2inch think. Lay on lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes, until lightly browned.

Makes 9 good sized biscuits.
