    1 lb elbow macaroni
    1/2 lb baby carrots
    1 medium onion
    4 stalks celery
    2 6oz light tuna in water
    1 c light mayonnaise
    1/2 c low-fat sour cream
    10 hard boiled eggs


Boil macaroni and eggs separately. Chop all eggs and veggies; combine with mayo & sour cream
