Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 C Dried Split Peas
    1/4 C uncooked Brown Rice
    1/2 C Uncooked Barley
    2 T Dried Parsley
    2 T Dehydrated Onion Flakes
    2 t Lawrys Seasoned Salt
    6 cubes Chicken or Beef Boullion
    1/2 t Lemon Pepper
    14 C Water
    1 C Chopped Celery
    1 C Chopped Carrots
    1 C Chopped Onion
    1 C Cooked Chopped Beef or Chicken

Directions

Add everything except cooked meat and simmer 110 minutes. Add chopped cooked Beef or Chicken simmer 10 minutes. Even better the second day! Makes approximately 10, 1 1/2 C servings
