Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb cooked ham
    1- 8oz pk of cheese crumbles
    1 large tomatoe
    1 large onion
    1- 10 ounze pk of shredded lettuce
    3-4 tbsp of mirical whip lite dressing
    1 pk of wheat pita bread

Directions

Dice the ham, tomatoe, and onion.
Mix all ingrediences in a large bowel.
Cut the pita bread in half to allow filling with above mixture.
This makes 20 - 1/2 cup servings

This requires no cooking and is nice for that fast meal with left overs to package for a few meals.
