    1 dish dish pie shell
    2 cups spinach
    2 cups mushroom
    A little over 1/2 a cup of shredded cheese
    1/4 cup salsa (I use pace)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    I also added a sprinkle of onion seasoning
    7 eggs


Preheat oven to 375. Poke several holes in pie crust with a fork. Mix all ingredients (excluding the pie shell) in a bowl. Then pour into pie shell. Bake for 45-75 minutes depending on the oven. To check to see if done test as if it is a cake by sticking a toothpick in the middle and see if in comes out clean.
