Ingredients

1 pkg (9 oz) Gardein beefless tips, frozen

    MARINADE:
    1 tbsp diced garlic
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp splenda granulated
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

    SAUCE:
    1/4 C. rice wine vinegar
    1.5 tbsp splenda granulated
5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 large red onion, sliced thin

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together all marinade ingredients. Open the beefless tips bag at the top zipper and pour marinade over frozen tips, zip shut, and massage bag until marinade is coating all tips. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes at room temp.

Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients in bowl. Set aside.

Using a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbsp canola oil, then pour tips and marinade in. Brown on all sides, stirring as needed (about 3 - 5 minutes).

When tips are browned, pour sauce mixture over them, and boil/sautee for about 2 - 3 minutes, until sauce starts to thicken slightly.

Remove from heat and serve.

Delicious when served with a little brown rice!

Makes 3 servings.
