    3/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt

1 cup pecan panko (I found at Whole Foods and they have different kinds of panko)
    4 tilapia filets

Directions

Makes 4 servings
Combine milk and 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce and a beaten egg in a shallow dish. Combine flour, salt, red pepper, and black pepper, mix well. Dredge tilapia in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then coat with pecan panko.

    Very Good
I made this tonight and it turned out great. I didn't have pecan panko so I crushed 1 oz of pecans and mixed them in. The fish didn't have as much seasoning as I usually like so I will probably use some garlic powder and tarragon the next time I make it. Thanks for the great recipe! - 9/8/12
