Ingredients

    2 small, ripe avocados - seed and peel
    1 small red onion - quartered
    1 small tomato, seeds removed - quartered
    1/2 - 1 chilli, seeded
    1 pinch salt
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    juice of 1 - 2 limes

Directions

Put all ingredients except lime juice into a small food processor. Pulse until of desired consistency. Add juice from 1 lime. Mix.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add additional lime juice if desired.

Makes 6 - 8 X 1 tablespoon servings.
