Ingredients

Beef, eye of round, 8 oz (alternate is using stewing beef)
Celery, cooked, 10 stalks (whole bunch of celery)
BOLTHOUSE - Baby Carrots, 170 grams
Corn Starch, .15 cups
Water, 4 oz
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Snow Peas, fresh, 1.5 cup
Directions
Chop up the eye of the round into manageable bite size servings, and add to crock pot.
Chop up the veggies into bite size pieces and added to crock pot
Add 4 oz of water to the crock pot to help get things started
Turn to high heat on the crock pot and leave for 8 hours attending it as you feel you need to do so.
about 20 min before its ready add .15 of a cup of corn starch to 4 oz of water mix well and add to the crock pot and mix well.
Serve when you are ready to do so.
