Introduction

This is a family favorite made just a little lighter than the original. This is a family favorite made just a little lighter than the original.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Box (7oz) Creamette Rings
    1.5 Cup Frozen Peas
    1 Cup Miracle Whip Lite
    1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
    2 Tbsp Pickle Relish
    2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
    1 Can (5oz) Albacore Tuna (drained)
    1 Tsp Lemon Juice
    4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese Cubed

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions drain and chill. Cook peas and add to pasta. Mix together Miracle whip, celery, onion, pickle relish, tuna and lemon juice. Fold into pasta and peas with spatula (this will prevent rings from breaking). cut cheese into small cubes, fold into salad. Chill.

Makes 12.5 1/2 cup servings
